Originally founded in 2008 as Body Fitness Personal Training, the company has evolved - with our client’s needs and the times - into Harborough Wellbeing Ltd. With a class-leading holistic approach and foundational health principles, we have helped hundreds of clients for many years.
When you begin your journey with us, we use effective coaching methods to help you develop healthy habits for a healthier lifestyle. The basis involves finding out where you want to be, how you want to feel, what your ideal day would look like, and incorporating those goals into a daily routine.
