We are a long established and experienced team, having worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. We can offer a variety of options to help you with your wellbeing, fitness, mobility, weight loss or recovery. This includes our assistance via our dedicated space in Foxton Village, or working with you at home (or even remotely), allowing us to work with you in a supportive, safe, effective, and enjoyable environment.

Originally founded in 2008 as Body Fitness Personal Training, the company has evolved - with our client’s needs and the times - into Harborough Wellbeing Ltd. With a class-leading holistic approach and foundational health principles, we have helped hundreds of clients for many years.

When you begin your journey with us, we use effective coaching methods to help you develop healthy habits for a healthier lifestyle. The basis involves finding out where you want to be, how you want to feel, what your ideal day would look like, and incorporating those goals into a daily routine. We want to help you achieve your potential and become the best version of yourself.

TRAINING FOR SENIORS

We specialise in working with clients between the ages of 40 to 80, but everyone is welcome. Whether you have never been to a gym or are an experienced professional, we can help you improve your health and fitness.

YOUR 3-STEP START UP

We have a 10-minute phone chat where we discuss what you would like to achieve and to share some background.

2.

We invite you to the studio for a free 45-minute consultation where we talk about your nutrition, medical history, goals, what we do and how we can get you to be the best version of you.

3.

You will come in for an assessment where we go through a detailed analysis of your posture, movement, basis abilities and issues which enables us to create a personalised plan for you.
